That same day I get an email from the department that deals with the money saying in fancy words that they are withholding my money for security reasons until they can confirm some details. (by details I mean force me to show them communications between me and my clients). But then I thought it was only because I was a new customer so they had to confirm some details. Moving along to the stuff that matters even more… Customer service, honesty and professionalism. Way too annoying to work with on a daily basis for a professional company. Always simple and smooth, and exceptional bang for the buck. As a freelancer, Wave has been indispensable to me.
